LATE/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you contact the salon if you’re over 10 minutes late for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to hold your reservation and accommodate you, but if you do not let us know, your appointment will be considered a walk-in.
REFUND POLICY
if you are not satisfied with your service, please allow us to rectify your concerns. time spent on nails can be fixed within 10 days but no refunds will be issued.
GIFT CARD & VOUCHER
Gift cards/Gift Certificates/Vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
TERMS OF USE
As a courtesy for other clients, please silence all electronic devices and keep calls to a minimum.
Our services are reserved for you and other clients for total relaxation. for this reason and liability, no small children allowed unless being serviced.
Ingrown removal is not a service we offer. we would recommend seeking professional advice from your doctor.
Please inform your technician of any open wounds, current infection, or any other health conditions we should be aware of prior to your service.
If for any reason there is an injury, we will do everything we can within our control inside the salon to prevent an infection. we use state-of-the-art dry heat autoclave to sanitize and sterilize most implements utilized by technicians. all others will be discarded after each use. pedicure bed liners are used for every pedicure to prevent bacterial build-up.
